Updated September 26, 2026. These notes explain ways to use the care tools and visual studies. They do not claim complete accessibility conformance.
Use the written care sequence
The care planner uses four labeled selectors and returns a numbered sequence in text. Unknown condition, loose parts or suspected decay retain a hold on surface work. The planner cannot clear a deck for use. Optional location and history fields keep your observations with the exported record; photographs and documents referenced in those notes are not attached.
Control the visual comparisons
The restoration studio and process studies offer named buttons and range controls. Tab to a slider and use arrow keys to adjust it. Process stages can also be selected with their numbered buttons. Turn off “Follow the story as I scroll” when you prefer manual stage selection. Choosing a stage manually turns that scroll-follow behavior off.
Read the explanation alongside each image
Appearance comparisons and replacement scenes are illustrations, not diagnoses or verified instructions for your deck. The written stage descriptions state the questions to resolve. The surface library can preview a local reference photo, but does not upload it or analyze it automatically. Selecting a similar-looking example cannot confirm the condition, coating or readiness of your own surface.
Video and motion
The restoration films offer standard video controls so you can pause or replay them. They contain no spoken audio; the process steps provide a text equivalent, and description tracks accompany the films. Reduced-motion handling is included in the process study, but testing across all browser and operating-system preferences is incomplete. Use manual stage controls if scrolling changes the view before you have finished reading.
Read quantities and keep a record
The finish calculator reports theoretical gallons, the allowance and whole containers as text. It requires the selected product’s coverage; the result does not choose a finish or approve another coat. “Export record” downloads a JSON text file. Inputs are temporary, so export before leaving. “Ask about this plan” carries a record to the inquiry page for review; it does not send an inquiry. Downloaded drafts may include contact details you entered.
Keyboard, reading size and support
The “Skip to content” link passes the header. Tab moves between controls, Enter or Space activates buttons, and the planner selectors use normal browser keyboard controls. Browser zoom can enlarge text. Email help@ipewoods.com or call (844) 745-1098 if a control or explanation is inaccessible. Include the page address, your task and what prevented it. Tell us whether plain text or another format would help. Omit passwords and private project documents. We do not promise a fixed response time or an audited certification.
